Outlook - can't check email

Hello and :)

You probably have two choices, one you could add the IP to the ignore list, and second, you should report it as a possible false positive. (You can report it in the False Positives Section Here

Here are the instructions for ADD TO IGNORE LIST.... (the screen shots are a little out of date but its the same concept)

Add to Ignore List instructions:

Quote from the FAQ section of [iNFO] IP Protection:

How can I add an IP so it won't be detected and can access a site I need to?

This has now been implemented. Visit the blocked site and incur an IP block. Then right-click on the Malwarebytes system-tray icon after the block notification appears, and choose Add to Ignore List and the IP.

The only way you can add an IP to the ignore list now is to trigger a block by MBAM (eg visiting the site). The following figure shows an example of such a block:

If you can trigger that one, then you can add the IP(s) to the ignore list:

Please post back if you have further questions.

Thank You :)

PS Please use the "ADDREPLY" t_reply.gif button at bottom of forum window instead of other ones when you start replying. :)
