Malwarebytes 1.50 Not Working On Windows 7 Pro x64

I have the full paid version of Malwarebytes and I purchased it a few months ago. Last week, I updated from version 1.46 to 1.50. Version 1.46 worked great! But as soon as I upgrade to 1.50, the problems begin.

It seems it's the protection module that's the cause of the problem. What happens is when I boot up my computer and try to open something, my computer simply freezes or locks up and I have to shut down my computer all the way to get it working again. I then went to disable Malwarebytes from start up (the protection module) and it worked fine! I tried opening Malwarebytes and scanned my computer just to make sure it wasn't the module doing it, but the scanner and the program worked fine! And I then tried enabling the module at start up again. And everything was freezing up yet again. I even tried turning off the protection from the program itself, but the problems still persist!

If you can help me with this problem that would be great!
