Hello, yitjoon, and welcome to Malwarebytes.org

Please disable your antivirus during the installation of the files below.

Please download Visual Basic Runtimes from the link below and install them:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=en

Reboot the system after it's installed.

This should eliminate the problem.

If not, Uninstall our software and reboot the system.

Then reinstall Malwarebytes Anti-Malware via the link below from one of our trusted download sites (all downloads and set up files are the Free version, registration with your ID & key activate the Pro features):

http://malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php

Note: Ignore all 'Recommended' or 'Sponsored' software which is prominently displayed, they are ads and we do not have any association with them.

Save the file to your desktop then double-click it to begin installation.

See how the software runs.

im not sure that is formats problem (under regional and language options), locale language problem or this software not support chinese PRC.

after i revert back to english, it is working fine.

malwarebyte's anti-malware is working fine in chinese (taiwan) :)
