Unable to clear Adware Tracking Cookies and Malware.Trace

Recommended Posts

Hello Experts,

This is my first post in this forum. I have been an admirer of MBAM since the past 2years and just yesterday my laptop was infected with a Trojan / Malware which surprisingly doesn't seem to go away despite of using the most upgraded version.

Initially there were 14 Adware Cookies, 1 Malware Tracker and 1 Trojan which showed up in the first scan yesterday. The trojan was successfully Quarantined and doesn't show up any longer however I ma unable to get rid of the Adware Cookie and Malware tracker. I am prompted to reboot the PC but it doesn't help.

Moreover, I've also noticed that my Windows Security Center has been disabled and even though I've attempted to turn it back on, it continues to get disabled within a minute or so.

I am enclosing the log of the last scan which just completed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
