I'm a FEDERAL employee - "What me worry?"

My pension is still rolling in -

By "financially adjusted terms" I now get about half of what I once did - $10 rise per f/night in over 2 years ???

Yeah; but I *like* you John.. You're OK to be getting a pension.. It's the ones currently employed that get my goat (calf and 3 chickens)..

Diet Coke has gone up from $2.50US/12-Pak to $5.00US/12-Pak here since I moved near end of 2000... I'm getting less and less.. and things are costing more and more.

GRANTED; Diet Coke is not a necessity like Milk and Bread and Hamburger - If I stop buying it, I won't die.. BUT; the other necessities.. *sigh* Social Security medical advantage plans for my wife and myself cost more than any other one item a year.. Even my real estate tax.. or home insurance.. or car insurance.. cost less..
