I'm having major issues with my computer and am afraid to access bank accounts! Several things are going on. First, I get rerouted to pages during use of the internet. Mainly, it is one that says I've won a $1,000 Walmart gift certificate.

Secondly, I've been scanning using Malwarebytes, Spybot and Avast. Everytime I use them, both in safe mode and regular mode, they find problems. I have the problems erased, but they either come back or I get new problems found.

Today I also used GMER. It found a problem in the master boot record.

As I have been writing this Avast has shown twice that it has blocked Win32: Trojan-gen.

Please tell me what to do!!

;)

Please don't attach the scan results, use Copy/Paste

DO NOT use any TOOLS such as Combofix or HijackThis fixes without supervision.

Doing so could make your pc inoperatible and could require a full reinstall of your OS, losing all your programs and data.

Vista and Windows 7 users:

1. These tools MUST be run from the executable. (.exe) every time you run them

2. With Admin Rights (Right click, choose "Run as Administrator")
