website blocking with 1.50

According to the release notes, website blocking was supposed to be improved for 1.50. It was too annoying with 1.46 and earlier versions. I STILL think that showing the address as a number tells me NOTHING, but this is an old old issue. *sigh* What I do see and what I am curious about is where it says "Type: incoming". I had originally thought that I HAD to be online (using a browser) for this feature to work, and I couldn't understand why or how I could be getting notices when I wasn't online. I think that what this means is that I don't have to be online for someone to try to access my PC. Is this correct?

Do not confuse being online with being connected to a browser. If your modem is on and you're connected to it, you're connected to the whole world..
