Paid Version won't install

My computer was hacked.

Office Depot put this program on my computer. I bought it and downloaded it. When I tried to install it, I got some error code and it wouldn't install. I put in the registration keys they gave me and they don't work. I tried to E-mail Malwarebytes.com but I get this message that says my mail client isn't set up. I never seem to have a problem sending e-mail to most places, just some. I've never been able to resolve that problem. That's for another day.

Todays problem is that I bought this program and it won't install.

Suggestions?

If you paid for service from Office Depot then I would return the computer and have them correct it, otherwise please follow the advice below and someone will assist you.

Someone will work with you one on one to assist you in that forum.

Please print out, read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here.

One of the expert helpers there will give you one-on-one assistance when one becomes available.

After posting your new post make sure under options that you select Track this topic and choose one of the Email options so that you're alerted when someon has replied to your post.

I paid Office Depot to remove stuff that McAfee missed. They put Malwarebytes on it. Everytime I ran it, it would try to install itself. Then, it always found more critters. So, I bought the program from Malwarebytes on my own today. When I went to install it, it wouldn't install. I ordered the CD. I am in Florida until next Tuesday when I will return to Massachusetts. I can then print out the instructions. When I try to E-mail Malaware, I get a message that sais I can't mail this person because my mail client isn't set up. This has happened since I aquirred this computer in 2008. When I get to Massachusetts, home, I can probably just install it from the CD and be over with it.
