Do I need other antivirus with full version MBAM?

I have the full version of MBAM that runs continuously and I use PCTOOLS Firewall. Do I need an additional antivirus or antispyware program?

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is not an anti virus application, it may not find viruses or worms and does not scan or check incoming or outgoing email nor interact with any email clients or email web services in any way.

You must have an antivirus software application installed.

Thanks for the response. I guess I don't understand just what I purchased in MBAM. Please explain the difference in what MBAM does and antivirus software.
