Power Antivirus 2009

Using Windows XP Media EditionSp 2 [Amd processor, can't download sp3]

Hey Y'all, thanks you so much for being here. Your expertise is greatly appreciated. I am an intermediate user, [i hope] who fell for and downloaded that horrible Proram Power Antivirus 2008, which has now updated itself. I found it listed in the startup section of my MS configuration settings. Also the msconfig shows "use modified boot' and I don't know if that is correct.

I have been getting a lot of hang ups and slow downs and redirection to a fishy looking 'msn mail" site. I downloaded Malwarebytes, updated it and ran a scan. It gave this reading:
