Malwarebytes continually stops access internet some IP addrs

Hello everyone.

I having some concern about how to delete file or ip address to access the internet.

I just reinnstall my Windows 7 and Malwarebytes start blocking some IP/Addresses .. so every minute comes and tell me that such, such.. try to access internet is blocking.

How can I delete that file or IP/Address so this messages stop come up again??? is any way to do this???
