There is nothing wrong with the download. You have to be in the right group to be able to download malware samples. Being that the file in question is a malware sample and you do not belong to a group that is authorized to download such files you receive the error.

Just to name a couple....

You could get on the right groups by attending one of the accredited schools.....

You could start submitting samples in the Rouge section and start helping in that section and the admins would notice and perhaps be given permissions.
