License Agreement

Is there an official licensing agreement somewhere which states in black and white about the business vs. consumer license requirements. I need to show to my bosses specfically why we cannot just buy a bunch of consumer licenses and not pay the yearly licensing fees.

Is there something more than just this once sentence which states this?

"For corporate and business customers, annual licenses are required, please see our Corporate Licensing program."

The use of our free or PRO versions in a corporate\business environment, educational or non-profit environment is against our EULA\license without proper licensing, see below:

Subject to the restrictions below, you may use the Malwarebytes' Software for any legitimate purpose.

In return, we simply require that you agree:

The EULA or license is contained in the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes<<<<<---here, it's named 'license'
