disabled security center option

well as of yesterday i keep getting a message on malware bytes that says disabled security center option . when i remove it then it says it needs to restart my computer. after i restarted my computer the security center shield showed up saying that my computer might be at risk then once the anti virus program loads the shield goes away. i ran combofix and in the log it said locked registry keys . i have been trying to locate the log but am having a hard time finding it . anyways im curious to know is that a virus and if it is how do i get rid of it ????? ive only had this computer for a month now and the asus technical support people are rude towards me and tell me they cant explain to me how to remove the locked registry keys ... CAN ANYONE HELP ME IM CONFUSED AND REALLY DONT WANT TO HAVE TO GET RID OF THIS COMPUTER I HAVE ALL MY SCHOOL WORK ON HERE
