ESET online scanner detected a false positive?

Recommended Posts

I'm not sure if I should be posting this problem here. I ran ESET online scanner and the following was detected, quarantined and deleted from C:\Program Files\Javajre6\lib\re.jar:

a variant of Java\Exploit.CVE-2010-0094.E trojan

I googled the above and one forum said it was a false positive and that if it was deleted I need to reinstall Java. I did delete it and I decided to uninstall Java temporarily. I'm not sure if this was a false positive. Also, I ran MBAM and it came up clean. What should I do next, if anything?

Thanks for your help in advance,

Windows XP, MBAM Pro, McAfee VirusScan 8.7, Outpost 7 Pro, WinPatrol Plus, SpywareBlaster
