Windows7 now will not boot. Have one line flashing on black screen

I don't know if any of you have seen what I have been trying to do to clean my system from some bad stuff. Here it is http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=66006

Anyways, I restarted my computer. And it flashes my motherboard name and model. And then it goes to a black screen with a underscore flashing in the upper left hand corner.

Am I censoreded?

I know that the windows rescue cd will erase my hard drive, so I can't do that. I am running W7 64 Ultimate.
