After removing. I ran another full scan of malware bytes which came back clean. I also ran AVG Free, spybot and super anti spyware, all that was found was some tracking cookies.

Are these "Hijacker.Applications" a serious threat? Would they steal my details or log my passwords to sites? Are there any other scans I should run or am I clean?
