1 virus that mbam cant erase.

ive run about 3 scans, two of them being in windows safe mode, and theres still 1 virus that cannot be deleted. heres the log

Hi grant714 -

First a scan in safe mode will not be of much use except to generate a log of the scan - Always scan in normal mode -

Also I will have someone remove the email address off the page , scammers love these things -

As we do not work on Malware removal or diagnostics in the general forums and it is a hard one to remove please follow these directions -
