Good evening Haider.

In applications, the only reoccuring error is Load Perf, like this one :

Event_viewer_applications_Load_Perf_error.txt

In system, there are a lot of DCOM errors :

Event_viewer_systems_DCOM_error.txt

also a lot of Service Control Manager errors :

Event_Viewer_system_Service_Control_Manger_error.txt

and a lot of System Error errors :

Event_viewer_system_System_Error_error.txt

There are also 2 about a nv error :

event_viewer_system_nv_error.txt

I'm going to see whether the new account is going to work.

Edit : Can't use the notebook in normal mode at the moment : the dreaded screen with the black and blue stripes is back. Safe mode with networking doesn't give any problems so far.

Hi mona7865:

If you have an external hard disk or high capacity USB, please backup everything. I haven't seen the logs thoroughly yet. I believe new account would not work either. This is due to hardware failure or corrupt driver see the screen shot below

I would try a detailed reply going through each of the error log with possible remedy by tomorrow, but can't promise :P
