Need Help..AVG screwed me up cant get on the internet

My problem started two nights ago, when I apparently got a virus, trying to download WINRAR. (I thought the site was safe)

Well McAfee, did not do its job, and my machine was infected. I was furious when I found out that I had to pay 90.00 for a tech to look at my machine in order to remove the viurs, that they are suppose to protect against...at any rate, I uninstalled mcafee and threw it in the garbage.

I decided to download avg at that time of course my internet was working. Well that was the second stupid thing i did. AVG really messed up my machine and now I can not get onto the internet.

i have enclosed a screen shot of my internet connection and it looks normal.. Just dont understand why I can not get on the internet

I talked with my service provider and he thinks I have a virus as when I bring up a website, it tries to redirect me.

I ran your software and found several different viruses, but still have the problem. Anything you can do to help would be appreicated

Hi,

Please download DDS and save it to your desktop.

  • Disable any script blocking protection.
  • Double click dds.com to run the tool..
  • When done, DDS will open two logs (DDS.txt and Attach.txt).
  • Save both reports to your desktop.

Please include the contents of DDS.txt in your next reply.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Please download Rootkit Unhooker and save it to your Desktop
  • Double-click on RKUnhookerLE to run it
  • Click the Report tab, then click Scan
  • Check Drivers, Stealth and uncheck the rest
  • Click OK
  • Wait until it's finished and then go to File > Save Report
  • Save the report to your Desktop
Copy the entire contents of the report and paste it in a reply here.
Note - you may get this warning it is ok, just ignore: "Rootkit Unhooker has detected a parasite inside itself!
It is recommended to remove parasite, okay?"
