richn Posted October 23, 2010 ID:332141 Share Posted October 23, 2010 A friend of mine who works for our tech support team recommended that you try your software. I have a virus that i picked up a couple of nights ago.It went right though McKafee...and man did that anger me. At any rate thats another story. My issue is this..because I can not get on the internet, I had to download the program onto a flash drive from another computer. I notice there is an upgrade. I executed the program and it did find some problems, but unfortunately has not cured my problem. I am wondering if there is a place I can get the upgrade and put it on my flashdrive in order to do the update on the computer that can not get internet access..I am operating windows7 BTW
