Malwarebytes does not remove Antimalware doctor

As title says, My laptop was recently hit with an antimalware doctor virus. I've downloaded MBAM and removed most of the corrupted files. For some reason, antimalware doctor was not completely erased and it continues to pop up once in a while. Any help will be appreciated. Thank You in advance.

Please download OTL from the link below:

Save it to your desktop.

Double click on the icon on your desktop.

Click the "Scan All Users" checkbox.

Push the Quick Scan button.

Two reports will open, copy and paste them in a reply here:

OTListIt.txt <-- Will be opened

Extra.txt <-- Will be minimized
