cant run MBAM

i have vista home premium edition service pack 2 on my computer. MBAM was set up successfuly but i cant run it, windows vista or something blocks it. what should i do? i google the problem but couldnt find any relevant info. cheers

vista s 32 bit, i just have antivir and windows live care but now i dont have firewall on.

Please uninstall one of the antivirus program, running more than one antivirus will have more problems not better protection. Please also add following exclusions in your antivirus:

• C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe

• C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamservice.exe

• C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamext.dll

• C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mbam.sys
  
• C:\Windows\System32\drivers\mbamswissarmy.sys
  

What error message are you getting when you try to run MBAM?

i have only antivir running on the computer. i couldnt find exclusion list on antivir but i cant open mbam even if antivir s switched off. i have no error message when i double click mbam icon on desktop or start/programs/mbam. it just doesnt work and i have no clue. thanks

hello again, i follow those instructions at http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=9573

i successfuly did DeFogger - Disable step, and got * DDS.txt and * Attach.txt

however i couldnt scan GMER Rootkit. when i have net, my computer freezing, when im offline, i getting an error says windows has stopped working. so i couldnt do this step. by the way since im infected with antivirus action, my computer always freezing, maybe thats why it s getting blocked.

everytime i start my computer i have to run rkill.exe, it automatically stops antivirus action, but i cant remove it permanently since mbam doesnt run.
