I continue to be amazed at how many companies allow themselves to be browbeaten by employees who should be working but are surfing the net.

No different than being on the phone too much for personal and silly reasons, which, back in the day was not tolerated.

I would warn once then go on a firing spree. Seriously stupid of people who have good jobs that these days are coveted by many.
