Dear Developer,

I use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware overc a year, It's quiet powerful! But! I never complete run it! Would you mind to tell me when will have new one come without error or down out version! I already try few times to post detail on error, but never receive any feedback or solution! Who can help? What to do? Just uninstall and foeget the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware? Please let's to have some feed back! Please !!!

Keep in mind this volunteer is not a developer. I just want to suggest you add some needed details.

Your Windows version is Win XP Pro Chinese edition?? yes / no ?

Did you buy MBAM ?

Is this topic a fair summary of your problem http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=49198 ?

Contrary to your experience (and it is sad yours has problems) MBAM version 1.46 has been very stable.

Please folow this sequence for MBAM removal & re-install:

1) Go to Control Panel and Add-or-Remove programs.

uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Exit Control Panel

2) Logoff and restart your computer

Get, save, and then run the utility at the following link

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-clean.exe

3)Logoff and restart your computer again.

4)Now, reinstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

You may download a fresh copy for the reinstall from the following link:

http://malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php

If you purchased MBAM (have a license) you will need to reenter your ID and Key afterwards to get the Protection module enabled.
