  • 1. OS version including 32/64-bit
    2. Installed Security Product(s) including Firewall
    3. MBAM version (current 1.46)
    4. Definition version (current 4840)
    5. Do you use a router to connect to Internet

Also are you showing any signs of infections, or any error messages?

1. windows xp home edition ~ service pack 3

2. avast 5.0.677

3 mbam 1.46

4. (i don't know where to find defintion version)

5. Yes, I use a router to conncect to internet.

The only error messages I get are when the computer first starts up.. it says:

RUNDLL

error loading (these 2)

qomjjk.dll

gebcyw.dll

(the specified module could not be found).

Great, thanks for the info, I will tell you one thing.....

The error you are getting when trying to load qomjjk.dll or gebcyw.dll is not normal, those files caught my attention and I believe you may have some malware running on your computer. Do not be alarmed there is hope. Lets get the experts on it and they will help you for free. Just follow the instructions below.
