Application Error and mbam.exe Bad Image

Malwarebytes found 9 infected files on my pc and i need to reboot to remove the virus after restart i open malwarebytes and i got an Application Error it said

"The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Clik ok to close the Application.

Then i reinstall malwarebytes and and use the malwarebytes cleaner and disable my antivirus when i install.. after malwarebytes installed and finish i got this

i installed hijackthis but got the same error
