Blocked Site: 88.80.7.152

Here is my information. Please help me determine if this repeated blocking is indicating I have a problem and how to fix it. As suggested I ran a full system scan from this site (http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm) but the blocking continues. I then followed the instructions at (http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=9573) and here are the results.
