bamital infection

hey im having the same issues malware doesnt pick up the bamital though only avast and avast wont let me alter it. the main issue the virus is giving me is after login to windows i get a black screen i can run task manager and everything dos but thats about it, to get my computer to login i need to restore to about two weeks ago, ive cleaned my reg and gotten rid of most of the trojans manually that any programs didnt pick up, any help would be greatly appreciated because im really close to just backing up some files and reinstalling windows
