So how does one become a malware hunter?

You can start by submitting samples on a regular basis to the reseach center located HERE.

Once you have established yourself there, you my be promoted automatically, or you can request a promotion by one of the admins.

(NOTE: I could be wrong about the above statement (as I do not work for Malwarebytes), but I am sure they will correct me if I am wrong.))
