registry changes have removed the contents of my inbox

Hi - I purchased the full licence a few days ago and have had quite a few problems since then. Today, having worked on my computer this morning, I went on and a message appeared about registry changes which I clicked on (from malwarebytes). Now, however, the entire contents of my inbox (and only my inbox have disappeared). There are 1000s of emails in there? Please can someone advise how to restore these? :lol:

Do you remember from where you purchased and how much you paid for it, just thinking... Never heard of this problem, as a paying customer you have access to help-desk via support@malwarebytes.org please include Cleverbridge ID/KEY purchase information in that email
