Yardbird, thanks for the quick response but, I've submitted a request via your corporate web form three times already with the first two weeks ago. I would hope I'd get more then a copy and paste response in regards to a potential customer attempting to purchase your product.

  • 2 weeks later...
Please send me a private message with your full business contact information and request and I will have someone get back to you.

Hi, I also have been requesting corporate purchase info. I need three technician's licences but the only info I have received relates to buying via credit card. I need to be able to purchase via a company purchase order but have had no luck despite numerous attempts at discussing this. Any ideas how I can do this please?

Ron,

I started this thread on Oct 4th with my first form submitted two weeks prior to that. You and Yarbird have forwarded my request on and as of today, Oct 18th a month later, I've yet to be contacted by anyone at Malwarebytes. Needless to say, as a business owner and someone trying to promote your product, I'm very disappointed.

@NtegraIT

You posted on the 4th and sent me your information on the 11th which I then sent in on the 11th to Sales, so it has been a week.

I have sent in again to our Sales department and Escalations as well to have someone review and get back to you.

Thank you.

You are correct, it has been one week since you submitted my request to your Sales team. I have also, in the past four weeks combined, submitted three request via the Malwarebytes site using the Corporate Licensing request form, two request via email and started this thread which in turn prompted both Yardbird and yourself to submit/forward my request to your Sales department. But you don't think that even one week is too long to leave a customer who is ready to purchase volume licensing waiting? Is this what I, and any other customer, should expect from Malwarebytes as a whole? What if I deployed your product to one of my customers and needed support, should I expect the same treatment? Not once have I been contacted via email or phone by anyone from Malwarebytes in regards to my inquiries, not even an automated message. It wasn't until I posted on this forum that I got a response from Yardbird and yourself. I keep being told that the Malwarebytes Corporation is "back logged" or "busy with development". Malwarebytes keeps treating paying customers like this, you will not have to worry about back logs for long.
