Microsoft Security Essentials Infection - Please Help

My laptop is infect with a trojan that pops up a MSE warning dialog whenever I try to launch a browser, the taskmanager and others. I don't know where to start. I'm accessing this forum from my desktop because I can't do anything on my Win7 laptop. What should I do? I don't even know how I would get HJT or other software on the laptop. I can't download them onto that machine and I'm afraid if I put them on a thumb drive and connect it, it will get infected. Any ideas?

Is your version of W7 32 or 64 bit?
