Need some help with recovering accidental deleted "infected" files!!!

Recommended Posts

hello,

I am a new user from www.cnet.com, after downloading the app and a fast scan, a lot of suspicious infection appears, but i delete all of them without check by accident.

But something werid happened, all my startmenu shortcuts gone, so i check the logfile of malwarebytes, all of these files are in the list of deleted files, so i decided to recover them from quarantine database, but after one click the app crushed no matter how many times i try. It's really important for me to get all these stuff back, so any one can help me out?

My computer runs windows 7 ultimate edition, and uses avira antivirus free edition, i have add "mbam.exe"/"mbamgui.exe"/"mbamservice.exe"/"mbam.sys"/"mbamswissknife.sys" into the exception list of antivirus scaning option.

My version number is 1.46, free version.

Thanks for your time!

Hello zzal_cn: :P

Sorry to hear that your system is infected, at times MBAM alone will not be able to completely eradicate these nastiest leaving behind remnants that require special tools and expert's knowledge

Please read and follow the instructions in I'm infected - What do I do now? An Expert will assist you in removal process. Should you have any other question(s) please post back using MXyBj.png button
