similar problem but i still don't know what to do

Recommended Posts

Hi. I was trying to access a particular website for a gaming company and my anti virus software would not let me. It told me there was some rogue file or something trying to access my computer. When I went to another page for the same website I got redirected to another website that had nothing to do with it.

I installed the free version of malwarebytes but when I try to update it I get an error 12007,0, Winhttpsendrequest

I scaned my computer without updating and it only found 1 problem that had nothing to do with the problems I am having. here is the log report.

I read the you are infected so what do i do know topic but I don't understand any of the directions for what to do. I am also afraid to attempt to do many of those things because I don't know if it applies to me and my problem and I also don't know how to undo things when they get changed.

The same thing is happening on another computer in my house but on this one I could not get mwam to install at all. I either got redirected to another site or avg would not let me access the page.

What do I do?
