cannot open external hardisk folder

i cannot open my folder in external hardisk, somebody can help, it show in picture above....

Is the file named yaouqazx.exe the usual extension for this application - It is an odd file name without much information -

If not please reply with any file extension you remember -

i successful delete yaouqazx.exe file in my external hardisk by windows safemode

after delete it show, i have an important file inside my external hardisk, please help!!
