Malware!Gemini VSCONV.EXE - is this malware?

I recently ran a scan with malware bytes which found various malware that it removed. I was then advised to do an online scan with f-secure which found the following:

"Suspicious:W32/Malware!Gemini (virus) C:\PROGRAM FILES\AVSTODVD\VOBSUB\VSCONV.EXE (Not cleaned & Submitted)"

I have scanned this file with AVAST and Malwarebytes and neither detect it as malware. Please can someone advise me whether this file is a problem or not. If it is, please can you advise me how to remove it.

Thanks again for your reply. For some reason the TotalVirus one doesn't work for me but I scanned it with jotti and there was nothing found. Very strange that f-secure is one of the scanners that found nothing, and yet it was f-secure that flagged it originally.
