explorer, virus program, task manager dod not work

I need help.

This morning Microsoft Security Essentials poped up with a list of applications which don't work anymore.

potential threat unknown win32/trojan alert level severe

then there is a whole list of executables. When selecting clean computer, it just gives one option scan online, lists all kind of viruses

Internet explorer won't open, task manager opens for a second and then it closes.

So can't go online.

Can you help?
