Bloodhound.MalPE removal problems

I downloaded a utility from the internet that was supposed to capture YouTube video (I think it was utuber??). It never worked and started everytime I tried to download anything from the internet. So I deleted it. However, my XP computer began to act funny, slowing to a crawl especially when I opened IE and went to a website, it also showed CPU usage at 100% for minutes at a time. I ran Norton 360 and it identified Bloodhouse. MalPE and said it was deleted. I also ran Malwarebytes, and it found fake trojan, which it quarantined.

When I restarted, Windows splash came up, then rebooted suddenly. So, since I was running RestoreIt (Farstone), I opened at the restore point it showed and Windows booted. I ran Symantec again, and it found Bloodhound again. But when I rebooted, I pressed F8 and went into safe mode, and ran a Malwarebytes scan (sorry I don't remember what it caught but it did remove something). With research, I read that this one needs special treatment that includes turning off the Windows system restore, which I did. I ran Norton (found bloodhound & deleted), then Malwarebytes (which did not find anything that time). I then created what I think is a clean restore point in Farstone Restore It.

But now, when I rebooted, I am still getting Windows rebooting loop. I did get into Windows using "Last Known Configuration" option in XP. I am now running Malwarebytes quick scan, and it did not find anything. I am confused as to whether or not bloodhound is gone since I am having problems booting Windows still? Any suggestions?

THANKS!!
