Malware - possibly Kkuria.exe

I was foolish enough to download a keygenerator from a site and run it. After which my computer showed all the tell tales signs of malware infection including refusing to open my already installed Malbytes program in addition to unallowing me to navigate to any of the Malbytes website. On my 2nd computer I found the sticky topic in this section of the forums and changed the mbam.exe name to winlogon.exe and am currently conducting a Quick Scan. Although it hasnt finished I can see that a process named Kkuria.exe is taking up a lot of mem and cpu at times even though all applications are closed besides my clearwire mobile internet software. I can probably find the page I downloaded it from and the quarantined program that Malware did catch once I ran the exe. Unfortunately, although the file either removed itself or was quarantined by malbytes from the download folder, its damage is done and now I have to spend my day figuring this out.

So until I find out if this Quick Scan cleans it up or may need to make further steps as listed in the sticky topic, my question is if anyone has ever heard of Kkuria.exe, because Google hasnt?

Result of Quick Scan:

So the scan did find 4 malicious files. I was able to open up Malbytes again once I changed the name back to mbam.exe and used the start menu. Kkuria.exe is now missing from my processes running in the Windows Task Manager.

However, upon navigating to the Malbytes forums without any other programs besides firefox and clearwire open my Avast Virus scan said a threat was detected and removed.

I am now running a Full scan.

Any follow up actions anyone can recommend to make sure that I am out of a malware state?

The Full scan found 2 more malicious files. After reboot the computer is showing signs of 2 new symptoms.

1. My Visual Studio Just-in-Time Debugger, which is a feature of the Visual Studio package I have installed, pops up immediately telling me "An unhandled win32 exception occured in svchost.exe[464]

2. My Clear Connection Manager application which connects my mobile internet connection will not connect to a network even when it finds one.

Can someone please suggest what follow up steps I can take to know my computer is free of malware. My unemployment reduces my paid options, so any consideration of that would be much appreciated.
