Crash During Scan

Hello YdoUask: :P

Please update definitions (current 4665) and do one more attempt of scanning with (Heuristics Shuriken Disabled)

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on Scanner Settings
  3. Uncheck Enable advanced heuristics engine (Heuristics Shuriken)

Give it a shot and let us know please by using MXyBj.png button! Please also list your OS, installed security product(s) including firewall and system locale

Well, I installed, I think it was 1.63 (whichever version the malewarebytes site offers), then updated it to database version 4665. I had previously installed AVG, but because it wouldn't allow me to update my browser, and I couldn't find how to turn it off, I just uninstalled it. When I had AVG I scanned and found nothing, so I don't think I'm infected. As soon as I can get malwarebytes working again, I'll probably download Avast.

I showed my inability with 64-bit OS though, but jumping onboard again, since it's confirmed that your system is infected. At times MBAM alone will not be able to completely eradicate these nastiest leaving behind remnants that require special tools and experts knowledge

Please read and follow the instructions in I'm infected - What do I do now? An Expert will assist you in removal process. Should you have any other question(s) please post back
