browser re-directed

Hello, my computer is constantly getting re-directed when using google, or when trying to go to any page on the malwareBytes site. I am actually posting this message from a different computer because my infected PC would not allow me to come here and write this. Could anyone help?

I also wanted to mention that I ran Avast. It caught a virus and deleted it. I can provide details on that if necessary.

I also ran CCleaner. It deleted around 850MB of stuff but didn't seem to have any affect on the problem what-so-ever.

Anyone have any ideas?
