Help with virus

I have the paid version of malwarebytes. I have not been able to identify the problem after attempting many scans. I've followed your instructions and am posting the results. My system will not allow me to use the touch pad ( I did hook up a USB mouse and that works), will not open any Microsoft Office 2010 products (give a message that MS cannot verify the license for the application. A repair attempt failed or was cancelled by the user. the application will now shut down), will not connect to the internet (using Google Chrome or IE), will not allow me to scan with McAfee antivirus Plus (my last update and scan was on 9/10), and will not allow me to turn on the Windows Security Center, or Firewall (Windows 7).

Logs attached.

Sorry for the incomplete earlier post. I've never had this problem and missed a couple of points in your instructions.

1. The GMER tool did not find any system modification.

2. Here's the DDS log:

Hi,

Download OTL to your Desktop

  • Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
  • Check the box that says Scan All Users.
  • Download the following file scan.txt to your Desktop. Click here to download it. You may need to right click on it and select "Save"
  • Double click inside the Custom Scan box at the bottom
  • A window will appear saying "Click Ok to load a custom scan from a file or Cancel to cancel"
  • Click the Ok button and navigate to the file scan.txt which we just saved to your desktop
  • Select scan.txt and click Open. Writing will now appear under the Custom Scan box
  • Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
    • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time and post them in your topic
