mbam.exe unable to run unless renamed.

Hey everyone! So I was just nailed with a trojan through a java adserv (silly me, didn't make sure my adblock was running)

Anyways, I was able to take action just as it started to take control of things and removed it successfully. However I went to run mbam.exe as I was digging through the recently installed drivers/services and autoruns, and I noticed that mbam.exe wouldnt execute... I figured that it was an anti-security security for this malicious little thing... I took note of that, renamed mbam.exe to mbam1.exe and it ran perfectly, I was able to remove the nasty little bugger and am now clean. However when I rename mbam1.exe back to mbam.exe, it still will not run, unless I have named to something other then mbam.exe.

Does this mean that I am not still clean? (I have run through everything I know of and haven't found anything.) Or is this some lingering, leftover bit of script/code, hardcoded into the Windows OS that I need to revert?
