cant open malware

how do i open malwarebytes soon as i click it. immediately hourglass disappears thanks von

I'm having the same issue. The computer was infected, mbam was able to remove all infected objects. But now I cant open the program. If I rename mbam.exe to something else (Like go.exe) and run it, it works fine. It updates and runs but doesnt find any more infected object. If I name it back to mbam.exe, it wont run. The hour glass flases likes its about to load and then the hour glass goes away quickly and nothing happens. I've tried this in Safe Mode, Save Mode w/ Networking, Disabled all startup processes through MSCONFIG and still get the same issue. Any ideas?

This is probably due to malware on the computer that is preventing it from running.....
