Please run the following and post back the logs

Download
DDS
and save it to your desktop

Disable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.

Once downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.

Then double click
dds.scr
to run the tool.

When done, the
DDS.txt
will open.

Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.

When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:

  1. DDS.txt

  2. Attach.txt

  • Save both reports to your desktop

  • Please include the following logs in your next reply:
    DDS.txt
    and
    Attach.txt

Not sure if this happened later or what but you had a forced bug check reboot of the system on the 15th

Please start notepad and then using your mouse select and copy the contents of the CODE box below and paste into NOTEPAD.

@echo off
del "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\FalsePositives.txt"
dir /a /s "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Quarantine" >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\FalsePositives.txt"
echo Completed scan...
echo Please open the file %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\FalsePositives.txt and post back the results.
pause

Then save the file to your Desktop as "FindFiles.bat" make sure you keep the quote marks on the file. Select File, Save-As and on the Save as type: option select All Files then click the Save button. Now find the file and right click on it and choose Run as administrator and when it's complete post back the results of the new file FalsePositives.txt on your desktop.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Would appear to be a False Positive but what triggered it I'm not sure. The folder does not even exist where the file would have been contained.

I'd just keep an eye on it and watch for any suspicious behavior from your Internet applications, but don't be too paranoid, probably just a fluke.
