Windows XP - Restarting after windows login

Recommended Posts

Hi, I was watching a video online yesterday and my antivirus started bugging out and finding tons of infections all of a sudden. I shut down the Firefox window that I was watching the video in but my computer restart itself. Now I can't get back into windows because the computer restarts immediately after I type in my windows password.

Ive done a couple of scans using AVG Free and I did a Hijack This scan so here is my report as well as the Malwarebytes Report:

While we understand that you may not have been aware, your copy of Windows is not legitimate. Unfortunately, we are unable to help you any further on this site, as we adhere to a strict policy of only helping people who have legitimate copies of Windows. Thank you for understanding.

If you purchased this system along with Windows, you need to take measures with the seller. Or otherwise, report them.

Microsoft has a program for people who unknowingly receive counterfeit software.
