Scheduler

Recommended Posts

Greetings :)

The Recover if missed by option will tell the scheduled item that if the computer was unavailable to perform the scheduled task when it was originally set to run, the scheduled task will execute as soon as the computer is available again as long as it is within the selected amount of time.

So if, for example, I set a scan to run at 7:00AM and set the Recover if missed by option to 6 Hours and my PC is not turned on at 7:00AM, the scan will immediately execute as soon as my PC boots again as long as it is any time between 7:00AM that same day and 1:00PM.

Thanks for the reply, Exile360, however, the question is now moot as I have been informed that the new scheduler does not work with Windows XP w/SP3.

Exile,

Sure! You know I love to help ;)

Try to let me know at least a few days ahead of time though if possible.

Or if it's something I can do when I have time as soon as possible after you let us know, that works too :)
