Security Tools refuses to be removed

Ok, was infected with the "Security Tools" Virus today. Downloaded Malwarebytes and ran the scan. It found the virus, I selected "remove selected" and it was gone....but, as soon I rebooted, it came right back. What could be the problem? I have tried 3 times to scan and each time it finds the virus but fails to remove.

Running Windows 7 on HP Desktop.

See if following this guide works.

Make sure you run rkill and exehelper, and most important update MBAM before you run it.

4611 is the latest update version

Ok so I went back 5 days and did a full restore.. Now its gone. All good, thanks
