cliff notes version:

Have a new pc win 7 ofc prof/ kaspersky anti virus/ and I recently purchased Malwarebytes pro version.

Trouble Support ticket 09/11/10 #101175, where I added the exception of: data-cdn.mbamupdates.com, to kaspersky, firefox and firewall as suggested.

I made a few mistakes that I thought were fixes from another post, and possibly made a download from a bogus site.

Hi,

As a paying customer, you can contact the Malwarebytes help desk. Have you done that? I think you did, since you're talking about a "trouble support ticket ".

If that's the case, then the helpdesk will help you to solve the error. You can ask for help on the forums OR (as a paying customer) at the help desk. You can't do both.
